Please sign up here by Wednesday May 8, 2024 so that we can get an accurate head count and send out more detailed instructions for the cleanup ahead of time.  

Monterey Waterkeeper will provide trash bags, buckets, and snacks for this clean up event. Trash grabbers and gloves will also be available for the first 15 volunteers. If you have any questions, please email chelsea@montereywaterkeeper.org.

Freedom Rotary Club will be hosting a Cleanup on May 11th in support of the Pitch In Initiative and the All-Santa Cruz County Cleanup Day. Pajaro Valley Chamber and Driscoll's Volunteers will join in the cleanup:
Meet: in the El Vaquero Winery parking lot (2901 Freedom Blvd).
Time: 9:00 a.m.
We will then branch off in two directions from there.
  1. Freedom Blvd. towards Watsonville
  2. Freedom Blvd. towards Aptos
  3. Corralitos towards the Corralitos Market

Time: 10:30-12:00
Join the San Lorenzo Park Neighbors and the Santa Cruz Parks & Recreation Department for a morning of volunteer service to beautify San Lorenzo Park!
Make a difference by weeding, raking, and picking up trash in the park, and help with special projects that may include painting, sanding benches, planting, or pruning.Tools will be provided for volunteers, as well as water and coffee.

Twin Lakes Christian Church high school and college students are hosting a cleanup:

Community Bike & Volunteer All-Santa Cruz Cleanup Day!
Location: Starting at Pinto Lake County Park
Time: May 11th, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Ride along the beautiful Green Valley Corrido and connect with Mother Nature on our ride. All ages are welcome to join us from 1pm to 4pm as we bike to local parks and participate in the Santa Cruz clen-up day.

Community Clean-up will be @ Pinto Lake County Park starting at 3pm -4pm
Supplies for the clean-up will be provided.
